In my perfectly imperfect world, I am a SHIFT creator, joy seeker, community builder and nature lover. It makes my heart sing to gather women in a fun, comfortable, and safe environment to dive into soul work. Connecting to yourself on a deeper level creates more love in your world & the world around you. I am a certified Brave Girls' Club Soul Restorstion Instructor, a Lifestyle Meditation Instructor & gather women in Soul Share Circles. I hope you'll visit us in the SHIFTclubhouse one day!
