I used to HATE eating out. I felt annoying for being “that girl,” and never felt good after because I just didn’t speak up when things were made wrong for fear of being “too much.”
Jesus says that what passes through our stomach is not what defiles us. Yet in 2026, it can affect our quality of life.
Whether it’s food sensitivities, food allergies, or a mindfulness about ingredients and what they can do to us on a cellular level, eating out can feel hard!!
My advice is summed up as: CUSTOMIZE WITHOUT COMPROMISE!
Keep the main things in check, don’t be afraid to do so, and let go of the rest 😍
