A difficult goodbye. ❤️
Dear Tranquility Community,
This is one of the hardest things we have ever had to share.
After nearly 10 years of serving the Lethbridge community, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to close Tranquility Acupuncture & Wellness Clinic. At this time, we are anticipating our final day of operations to be September 26, 2026.
When Tranquility opened its doors in March 2016 as Tranquility Float Centre, we never could have imagined the journey that would follow. What started as a small float centre grew into something so much more — a place for people to slow down, breathe, heal, reconnect, and find a little peace.
Over the years, you trusted us with some of your most vulnerable moments. We watched families grow, friendships form, and countless people make their wellbeing a priority. Through all of those moments, Tranquility became more than a business to us. It became a community, and in many ways, a way of life.
The reality is that the economic challenges that followed COVID have continued to affect small businesses like ours. After many years of doing everything we could to keep Tranquility going, it is no longer financially sustainable for us to continue.
This has not been an easy decision, but we believe it is time to close this chapter.
Before we do, we would truly love to see you one more time.
If you’ve been putting off that acupuncture treatment, float, sauna, or cold plunge — now is the time. There is still time to book your final visit, and we hope you will.
To every person who has ever walked through our doors: thank you. ❤️
Thank you for every treatment, every float, every conversation, every kind word, every referral, every review, every membership, and every bit of support you’ve given us over the past 10 years.
Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives.
Tranquility may be closing its doors, but the memories we’ve made here — and the impact you’ve had on us — will stay with us long after September 26.
It has been an absolute honour to serve Lethbridge and build this little community with all of you.
