Hello, September 🍂

There is always something about September.

We’re still holding onto summer, but the mornings are cooler, the light is changing, school begins again and life starts asking us to find a different rhythm.

And with that change comes the season of passing around all the things we’d rather not (colds and flus) 😉 🤧 🤒

So this Friday evening at 7, I’m having a little virtual fall chat about supporting ourselves and our families as we move into this next season.

Although I was working incredibly long days and didn’t have a chance to see and hug a lot of my friends I’d have loved to while home in central this trip, I was blessed to come back to this enchanted space each night with Mac & Chloe.
If you love solitude, nature, unique spaces, warm hospitality, alternative dwellings you must put my friends Douglas and Shirley’s spot, Hostel 49 North on your list.

Not only do they model true hostel accommodation, affordability, community centred, they’ve truly captured a vision and made it a reality for us all to enjoy.

Thank you, guys. For opening your heart and home and to anyone reading this if you find yourself with time to stay in the campbellton area, this is certainly where you’ll want to plant yourself for a disconnect from all the hardness, hug a tree, pick some berries and be a little slower and softer to yourself, even if it’s just for a few hours after long days.

2. Lullaby Serum. This is a great moisturizing balm with relaxing pettigrain, lavender, vetiver and marjoram to reduce stress signals and promote rest. Use at bedtime on the temples, neck and chest and soles of the feet, 6 left $10/jar
