As of next week, I will no longer be offering in-person services in Huntsville at Physio Works Muskoka. I'm sad to leave this wonderful clinic and to work alongside the amazing women Physio Works Muskoka but some new opportunities and projects have me changing things up for 2023!

I haven't (completely) lost my marbles 🙃 apparently recording in a closet helps improve audio quality.

These words have been oddly comforting to me recently as we adjust to new childcare and routine.

I know I'm not the only one out there feeling the heavy mom heart and having to walk away when your little one is crying for you or struggling to adjust. We're building that grit and growth and it's ok to be sad. 💪 ❤️

Hope this brings comfort if you're feeling this too.
