Before rendering a verdict, take a moment to understand the profound reality of C-PTSD, and spare me the debilitating notion that I'm fabricating my struggles. Thankfully, in 2024, I received my official diagnosis, and now I'm navigating this journey with resilience, and it's indeed incredibly empowering when others acknowledge the uniqueness of their experiences; each person's path is a distinct journey of growth, and we all rise above our struggles in our own powerful way, and I have C-PTSD. This is what my brain looks like with C-PTSD.
