North Perth Community Hospice We specialize in Palliative and Grief Support Services. North Perth Community Hospice was incorporated in 1993.

North Perth Community Hospice is here to compassionately support, educate, and empower our community to embrace the challenges of life-limiting illness, death, and bereavement . It is governed by a Board of Directors and partially funded through a service agreement with South West LHIN and the Government of Ontario. Forty percent of the operating funds are raised through community donations and fundraising events and campaigns.

Grief is a natural response to loss- whether it is death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, loss of health, identity, or community- and everyone grieves differently.
There is no single "right" way to grieve.

Tip: Normalize conversations about grief- it helps people feel seen
