A couple of weeks ago, I had the incredible honor of facilitating my very first sound bath—and wow, what an experience it was!

There is something truly magical about holding space for others to relax, release, and just be. Feeling the vibrations, seeing people sink into calm, and witnessing those peaceful moments was beyond words. It reminded me why I love this practice so much.

Thank you to everyone who joined me on this journey—your energy made it unforgettable. Grateful for the experience and excited for the next one!
