What Can Osteopathy help with?

You name it! When the body is physically out of alignment (your muscles, joints etc), parts of the body can often be in physical pain. The result is that the blood vessels and nerves that run between your structures are now not in their best place and they cannot do their best work. The result is a lack of proper blood supply and drainage and nerve force to and from these structures and these can manifest as headaches, digestive issues etc. Therefore, what I’m trying to say is good structure + good physiology = feelin’ good!
