🍂 Fall Equinox Group Reiki 🍂

I’d love to invite you to join me for a beautiful online group Reiki experience as we move into the Fall Equinox.

The changing of seasons is such a natural time to pause, slow down and check in with ourselves. This session is being held with the intention of releasing what we no longer need to carry, grounding into the present moment, giving gratitude for the season we’ve just moved through, and creating space for what comes next.

During our time together, I’ll create a sacred space and channel Reiki for everyone in the group. You can simply find a quiet, comfortable place to lie down or sit, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive.

You don’t need to have experienced Reiki before, and you don’t need to be in the same room as me. This is a distance Reiki session, so you can receive from wherever you are. 🤍

Self-abandonment doesn’t always look obvious.

Sometimes it sounds like…

• “It’s okay… it’s not a big deal.” (Even though it hurt.)
• “I don’t want to cause conflict.” (So you stay silent.)
• “Maybe I’m just being too sensitive.”
• “I should just let it go.” (While resentment builds.)
• “I just want everyone to be happy.”
• “I don’t want them to be upset with me.”
• “Maybe if I just explain myself more they’ll understand.”
• “I wish I could say what I really think.”

Every time you silence your truth, ignore your intuition, or betray your own needs, your body notices. Your nervous system adapts to a life where you no longer feel emotionally safe.
