Important update in the rabbit whole!

Hi everyone its B 🐝

The previous few years I have strongly been guided to take a step back from social media.

I have processed these feelings around the platforms & most recently witnessed how strongly I dont feel in congruence with them.

I feel these previous few years have really shown me to be consciously aware of where I am choosing to put my energy & focus.
& when I become truthful with myself these sources do not nourish me. I know I am not the only one feeling this.

As I listen to myself, I know taking this step will be a game changer in the most positive ways.

I feel its time to take a step out & find new sources for connection & community. ( hi ).

When the heart leads, life returns to coherence.

The challenge is being present with the heart especially when it moves through dense emotions, experiences & feelings that are uncomfortable.
Our heart knows the vast ocean of feelings & emotions.

It doesn't discredit what doesnt "feel" good. It doesnt force "healing", it asks for presence. Presence in the human self, the ebs & flow of the human experience.
When we accept the full spectrum of our heart without trying to fix, change or mask we open ourselves to the bridge of the higher heart & its consciousness knows undoubtedly unconditional love.

It values all of the experience, not just the good parts.

We stop looping. Even healing is a loop.
We stop searching. Dropping the Guru mindset.
We start being present with the hear(t) & open up to gateway of soul retrieval.
We no longer peel an onion for wholeness, we always were whole.
