We’re thrilled to welcome Olyvia Smith, M.OMSc, to our Forest City Midwifery location, where she’ll be providing osteopathic care for infants, children, and parents.

The early days of parenthood ask a lot of our bodies. Whether you’re caring for a newborn, growing a baby, or simply trying to keep up with family life, you deserve support too.

For babies, gentle osteopathic treatment can help encourage ease, comfort, and healthy movement patterns from the very beginning.

A very special next chapter for Mend Osteopathy:

After serving London and the surrounding communities for over 8 years, Mend Osteopathy is growing!

We are incredibly grateful to be expanding and collaborating with Forest City Midwifery at 345 Westminster Ave, London, Ontario.

This new space will allow us to continue supporting more families through every stage of care with a special focus on pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric osteopathic care.

As a family-oriented clinic, it has always been important to us to provide thoughtful, compassionate care and create spaces where families feel genuinely supported and cared for.

We are also excited to welcome Ashley Goodwin, Registered Massage Therapist, who will be joining us at this location to provide massage therapy services alongside our osteopathic team.

With a background in rehabilitation-focused personal training, injury prevention, and advanced osteopathic education through the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, Jim brings a practical and results-driven approach to care. His experience across multiple industries has shaped a strong understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and responds to stress.

Jim’s treatments focus on restoring movement, improving function, and helping patients feel their best.
