What a beautiful and meaningful event at the London Black Health & Wellness Fair

I had the opportunity to be there both as a speaker and as the founder of Zayne Postpartum Care, and honestly… my heart is full.

From sharing about postpartum depression, to having real conversations at our booth, to connecting with so many amazing people in our community. It was a reminder of how important these spaces are.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, listened, shared their stories, and showed support. It truly meant so much.

A big thank you to the organizers, W.E.A.N and the entire Black Health team at London Health Science Centre— for creating such an impactful event and for the opportunity to be part of it.
