Free and necessary health hacks:

1. Take a walk within 15 minutes after eating, especially dinner.
2. Practice time-restricted eating, going at least 12 - 14 hours without food.
3. Make connections with humans - find people that are good to be around.
4. Start a daily gratitude/meditation practice. Seriously, even if it’s one minute a day.
5. Limit alcohol, it really does sabotage all your hard work.
6. Yes, you have to use your muscles. Muscle is the currency you pay to age well.

Health is not created in the doctor’s office. We have to do the work.
