It’s amazing to see the difference in my smile, my body language, and my energy coming through in photos when I’m in a place where I feel safe and seen. Being part of The Witch's Therapist™ Inc. is the first time I’ve been in a setting where I showed up and there was already space for me. I didn’t have to make space, adjust my energy, build connection or foundation… it was just there. I walked in the building and there was just space for me, fully as I am.

I attended my first workshop today and I cannot begin to describe the emotional journey that arose... Genuinely there are no words my left brain can come up with to properly portray the exploration of my right brain today. Being in the creative mind, the emotional brain, the intuitive and non-verbal self... Wow

It sometimes astounds me how much can change in such a short amount of time. If you'd told me even just a year ago that my business, Wholeness by Kerri, would win the Platinum award for Reiki with Community Votes London I would've told you it was impossible. I only moved back to London and became part of the community again in 2023 and in just that couple of years I've been seen, known, trusted, and honoured with providing wellness to London. I am so grateful to for providing a beautiful space to offer treatments and to each and every person who trusted me with their energy.

Today's Mindful Monday with the McIntosh Gallery at Western we worked on present moment mindfulness, non-judgement, finding our own internal calming rhythms, and allowing experiences to be fleeting and impermanent. Thanks to Andrew Maize and his fantastic work I had a great reminder today that things can change in an instant and that we can't expect things to always go the way we hope or predict
