Come join us for our first Party in the Park. Casual, social & fun gathering for all ages. Music & dancing (learn to salsa). Local tasty eats & drinks. Try out sauna & cold plunges at a discounted rate ($15/person).

Note: If planning to sauna/cold plunge bring a suit, robe, towel, sandals & water.

Tomorrow (Sunday, April 26th) Sauna Sundays at District Brewing Co. 1-6 PM. Sauna, cold plunge, patio hangs, drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic). Come anytime and stay for as long or as little as you’d like.

April showers bring sauna power :) We were struggling w/ April sayings and sauna verbatim - this is all we got. Regardless, April brings beautiful sauna weather - cool on the outside - warm on the inside. Feeling stretched thin, overstimulated, restless, ready for spring/summer weather? Come experience the shift. Slow down to feel alive! Heat. Chill. Repeat. We have a fun new sauna residence coming at the end of April. Our first Slow Sauna x District Brewing collaboration - Sauna Sunday - at District Brewing, Regina, SK. More information will be coming soon.

Specialty Community Sauna Sessions!

Women’s Sauna - Sun, Mar 8 - 4 - 6:30 PM

Ladies!! This session is for you! Come soften the layers of everyday life. Heat, chill, connect, repeat.

Experience sauna with other like minded women! Gathering within the elements. Beautiful heat, invigorating cold, nourishing connections.

Family S’mores & Sauna - Sun, Mar 22 - 3 - 4:30 PM

Come bring the family and experience the tradition of sauna (and s’mores).

A joyful and fun sauna session. Sauna for the full family. Sauna, smore’s and laughs. If you’re interested in sharing the tradition of sauna with your little ones - this is a great opportunity to experience sauna in a full on family affair.

Children 12 & under free.
Youth 13 - 18 - $25
Adults - $35

You get 90 minutes of shared access to the sauna with lower temperatures (60-70°C), relaxing area with fire pit and smore’s, and beautifully curated experience of the senses. You’re invited to flow through at your own pace. Sauna can be a wonderful, safe, and shared experience for the full family focused on relaxation and listening to one’s bodies.

Children have unique thermoregulation compared to adults. That’s why we keep lower temperatures, encourage using the lower bench, and shorter sauna sessions. Just like adults, ensuring adequate hydration before, during and after.

Heat, chill, repeat - family style. This is the epitome of traditional Finnish sauna - bringing people together of all ages, with beautiful heat and loyly (steam), connected to the outdoors, relaxing into a sense of wellbeing. Joy, softening, and togetherness.

A sauna guide is on site, to give you an overview, safe sauna recommendations, and answer any questions you may have. Water, tea, and essential oils are provided.
