SAUNA VIBES. Seasons of sauna in one post. ✌🏼 We’ve been having a tonne of fun on this wild ride. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Slow Sauna. Let’s continue to make sauna in Sask a thing! The thing!! Bringing nourishing heat, invigorating loyly (steam from water on the rocks), and rejuvenating spaces to the beautiful people of Sask, one sauna at a time! We will be at the Raised Athletics U17B Invitational Tournament. Come try out sauna & cold plunge. Post-sport recovery, post-spectator relaxation. Sauna in the summer sounds counterintuitive. Summer sauna is just another great way to experience sauna. The heat cools the body down post sauna which makes the heat of the day more bearable. The cold plunge is invigorating and refreshing. It’s the perfect combo on a hot day! This is a great opportunity to try out sauna in a lively, yet grounded way. Come watch some great baseball, come check out the fun at River Park, and come check out what Slow Sauna is all about!

It’s June - summer is just around the corner!!

Sauna in the summer sounds counterintuitive - butttt……. sauna in the summer is just as special. In Finland, summer represents another way to sauna - slowness, purification, and community. Longer days = more time to sauna. Contrasted heat with lake jumps and cold plunges. Gathering with others in the sauna and lake. We love sauna, in all seasons. We have two more community sauna sessions, if you’re thinking about getting on the bench in a slow, relaxed and connected atmosphere. The cold plunges will be joining us for these sessions. We will be taking a break from Community Sessions in the summer months, and jump back in the Fall. Keep an eye for special events and Sauna Sundays at District Brewing throughout the summer!!

Tomorrow (Sunday, April 26th) Sauna Sundays at District Brewing Co. 1-6 PM. Sauna, cold plunge, patio hangs, drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic). Come anytime and stay for as long or as little as you’d like.
