Well I’m not doing the same business as before but Kathleen Bishop of Green Dog raw pet foods has been marketing my frozen Wheatgrass packets for savvy pet owners at Wolfville Farmers Market on Saturday’s at 8.30- 1-the packets are grown the same as before but can’t be sold as people food as I don’t have a commercial kitchen now .starting next week I’ll be there promoting and selling them !

What a beautiful day!! As my mom used to say - it's a day from the Heavens!everything is green ! This is a toast to the warm weather on its way! I juiced some greens from my greenhouse, sunflower micros , pea micros , cucumber, high potency vit-c with lysine,and some greens to go smoothie to sweeten!this drink will feed every cell of our bodies which is the basis for good health!Cheers!

Eat your greens for breakfast too! After a good shot of sweet wheatgrass juice this is my breakfast - full of protein , minerals and trace elements and gluten free. Gluten free bread from Sobeys - nut butter , hot pepper jelly, pea and sunflower microgreens - it's sweet , spicy crunchy good!

We woke up to find a couple of visitors at the pool this morning ! I put some sprouted wheatgrass seeds on the pool for the birds a while ago and this cute couple discovered them !i guess ducks know the value of super nutritious food too!
