Jenny MacKenzie Yoga Jenny is a mom of three, a professional dancer and director, who has been teaching yoga for 11 years.

Jenny MacKenzie is a yoga teacher with 12 years of experience offering the community of Mabou, Cape Breton and area a path to great health by nurturing the mind, body and spirit through yoga. She is an AYTT (Atlantic Yoga Teacher Training) 200hr registered yoga teacher, a former Personal Training Specialist with Can Fit Pro and a certified Yoga Teacher with Maureen Rae's Yoga Studio. She loves bri

nging her years of training, experience and knowledge to her yoga practice and teachings and her purpose is to leave her students feeling better than when they arrived. A little note from Jenny - "I absolutely love yoga as it is so much more than physical exercise. It allows us to dig deep within ourselves and be present with our vulnerability, self-compassion, self-awareness, our ability to self-heal in certain capacities and to be one with the truth of who we are."

This practice is a soft landing—a dedicated hour designed to help you unknot the day's tension and reclaim a sense of steady clarity. By focusing on intentional movement and breath, we work to naturally reduce stress, improve mobility, and find the balance needed to navigate the week with grace.
