The summer solstice is just around the corner (here in the northern hemisphere anyway) and I'll be participating in a thoughtfully curated online summit exploring different approaches to self-care, creativity, reflection, and personal growth.

I'll be offering a 50-minute introduction to Neurographics—a creative process that combines drawing and mindful attention to help us approach familiar situations from a different angle.

I often describe Neurographics as a "side door". When a problem feels stuck, we don't necessarily need to think harder about it. Sometimes we need a new way of seeing it.

Whether you're curious about creativity, reflective practices, or simply looking for a fresh perspective, there are many inspiring presenters to explore throughout the summit.

You can attend individual sessions or immerse yourself in the full experience.
