One of my favorite parts of teaching is watching students realize:
“I actually can do this.”
Many people arrive to Level 1 unsure if they’re experienced enough, strong enough, flexible enough, or knowledgeable enough to begin.
And then slowly over the weekend, something shifts.
Confidence grows.
The body softens.
Movement becomes more intuitive.
People begin trusting their hands.
This recent reflection from a student deeply touched me:
✨
“I wasn’t sure what to expect from the weekend, but I can say Tara has created something truly inviting, accessible, and inspiring.
I was one of the few with no related professional experiences. I was welcomed in openly and taught with respect.
Class was paced well with plenty of time for practice, questions, and learning.
I came to learn how beneficial Thai bodywork is both for the recipient and practitioner. I felt energized, free, and relaxed afterwards.
For bodyworkers of all backgrounds, I can’t emphasize enough how helpful this could be in your practice.
And for those, like me, wanting to start but not knowing where to begin: this may be just what you’re looking for.”

This is exactly why I created this training to be both deeply professional and deeply accessible.
