Come for an evening session under the lights at The Sweaty Panda Community Sauna. We keep things casual and affordable for our locals and tourists alike. Just bring your own towel, a bottle of water and a bathing suit. The Atlantic invites you in between rounds. Chats are welcome as is sitting quietly. When we say casual, we mean it. Showing up in a bathrobe gets you extra points. Come as you are.

Hey y'all! Come say hi today or tomorrow before we head for some family visits and go to reduced hours We will remain open every Weds & Sunday for the last half of August will help from our wonderful sauna friends and come back full swing in Sept with some fun things planned 🌊

We feel so seen 🫶 The majority of our customers are local folks and we love getting to know our community members intimately over time (like getting the news with one of our regulars that her new grandbaby was being born last night!). However , we often wonder what tourists and visitors to the area think of our seaside 90's vibe setup. Far from a "spa like" atmosphere, our sauna is....different. Luckily, it seems to translate well. Why? Because sauna takes you away from the production of life (read that twice). You just get to be in your body while it does its work in the heat, experiencing nature with zero judgement. No phones. Kicking it old school. Humans experiencing right here, right now.

Whether local or passing through, come exactly as you are and enjoy the moment.
