We think meeting your girlies for an hour long sauna session is the best way to get together! Why?
1) No need to put on makeup, do your hair or choose an outfit. Show up in a bathrobe. Minimal effort for the win.
2) Cheaper than dinner and drinks at $22/person.
3) Quicker than dinner and drinks- we don't always have 2+ hours to hang with friends. This gets your wellness and socializing done at once!
4) We allow chatting. No "shhh-ing" at the Panda. Talk with your friends and community members as much as you like.

Meet Matt. He lost 20 POUNDS IN ONE MONTH coming to the sauna. Matt got himself an unlimited monthly pass so he could start coming regularly with his new girlfriend. He comes four days a week and spends the hour going back and forth from the sauna to the ocean. Matt changed NOTHING else in his life but incorporating sauna and cold dips and lost 20 lbs. He sits, relaxes with his girlfriend, chats with new friends and gets healthier. All his "candy weight" is gone and not surprisingly, so are his cravings for large quantities of sugary shhhnacks.

Side note- his missus has dropped 20-30lbs herself since she began coming regularly nine months ago 😎💃

We have added Friday mornings into the mix! We know a lot of folks around town have flexible schedules or work from home and a morning session would suit them best. Drop the kiddos off at school and head to the sauna Friday morning!

We are Switching Fridays Nights to Thursday Nights!

But we have a question!! We feel we haven't offered a weekday morning since we opened and we have heard that there are many four day work week peeps around who have Friday's available. Would a morning sauna and sea dip after dropping the kiddos off at school interest anyone? Let me know in the poll below!
