🔥 Let’s Talk Treatments — Hot Stone Massage 🔥

Not accepting new clients for this treatment.
For my regulars I offer this treatment between October and May.

There is something pretty amazing about the combination of heat and massage. 🤍

During a Hot Stone Massage, smooth heated stones are incorporated throughout your treatment. The warmth helps encourage the muscles to relax, allowing me to work into areas of tension while still creating a deeply calming treatment.

The stones may be placed on the body or used directly as part of the massage — and yes, they feel as good as they sound!

Hot Stone Massage can be a wonderful choice when you're feeling:

• Tight and tense
• Stressed or run down
• Achy and tired
• Or simply craving some extra warmth and relaxation

It’s still a Therapeutic Massage, just with the added benefit and comfort of heat.

🔥 Warm stones. Therapeutic touch. Deep relaxation.

Available in 60 or 90 minute treatments at AH Therapeutics.

✨ Let’s Talk Treatments — Tuning Fork Therapy ✨

New clients welcome in Maidstone for Tuning Fork Sessions.

If you’ve seen me talk about tuning forks and wondered, “Okay… but what exactly do you do with them?” — this one is for you!

Tuning Fork Therapy uses sound and vibration as part of a gentle, relaxing treatment. Depending on the session, I may work with tuning forks on or around the body, incorporating different frequencies and techniques.

I offer different styles of Tuning Fork Therapy, including Infinite Energy Method Chakra Balancing, Brainwave Tuning and other frequency-based treatments I’ve added to my practice through continued training.

These sessions are quite different from massage. There’s no deep pressure or working through tight muscles. Instead, you get to lie back, relax and experience the vibration and sound of the forks.

Some people notice a lot during a session — warmth, tingling, heaviness, relaxation or a shift in how they feel. Others simply become incredibly relaxed.

And if you don't “feel” anything unusual, that's completely okay too. There is no right way to experience a session. 🤍

If you've been curious about my tuning forks, you're always welcome to ask me questions!
