🧘‍♀️Lou Ellen will guide you through a gentle flow yoga practice, incorporating elements of Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. Classes are suitable for all levels, with modifications for beginners and options for the advanced participant.

We are having a spring sound bath with Jacquiline Walker! This is not a physical practice but used for deep relaxation and calming. Wear comfy clothes and bring a pillow and blanket! Prepare to let go. Cost is 25.00 please pre register
