For me, aesthetics and women’s health go hand in hand. When you feel confident in your skin, it impacts your mood, energy, and overall well-being.

I focus on natural, subtle results, softening lines, easing tension, and helping women feel refreshed, not ‘frozen.’

You might have heard it called PCOS your whole life, and it now has a new name: PMOS

PCOS (Polycystic O***y Syndrome) is being renamed to PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome), and the reason matters.

The word “cystic” has always been misleading. The “cysts” are actually follicles, not true cysts, and that language has caused so much unnecessary fear for so many women. The old name also centred on one physical finding, when the condition is really about a constellation of hormonal and metabolic patterns happening throughout your whole body.

PMOS better reflects the morphology (the shape and structure) of the ovaries without the fear-inducing language.
It also opens the door to a more accurate understanding that this is a hormonal and metabolic condition, not just a reproductive one.

If you’ve been diagnosed with PCOS or PMOS, your experience is valid. The name change doesn’t change your symptoms. But it does reflect a more compassionate, accurate understanding of what’s actually happening in your body, and that matters.

Perimenopause can feel overwhelming, but small, intentional steps make a real difference. Your body is shifting, and it deserves the support to do it well.

The women who need to hear this information aren’t always going to walk through my door. But they might scroll past this video at 2am wondering why their body feels like a stranger to them. And if one caption, one reel, one post helps them feel less alone or pushes them to finally seek answers, that’s worth it to me.

Women have been dismissed, gaslit, and underserved by healthcare for too long. Showing up here is part of how I push back against that. 🩷
