Connect to Your Chakras Through Reiki

Join us for an evening of connection, healing, learning, and community as we gather online for our monthly GTA Reiki Circle.
Whether you are a Reiki student, practitioner, or Master, this is a welcoming space to connect with like-minded individuals, deepen your Reiki practice, and support one another on our healing journeys.

Integrating Reiki Energy

After a session, your system continues to process and rebalance. Rest, hydrate, and give yourself space to integrate what has shifted. You may want to journal or take a sitz bath after a Reiki session to facilitate integration and release.
