⚠️ Air Quality Alert ⚠️

Today’s Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) is very high, which means the air is polluted and may pose health risks, especially for children, older adults, pregnant individuals, and people with asthma, COPD, or heart disease.

Here are some simple ways to protect yourself and your family:

✅ Stay indoors as much as possible and keep windows and doors closed.

✅ Avoid strenuous outdoor activities, including running, cycling, and heavy physical work.

✅ If you need to be outdoors, wear a well-fitted N95 or KN95 mask to help reduce exposure to fine particles.

✅ Use air conditioning on recirculation mode or a HEPA air purifier if available.

✅ Stay well hydrated.

✅ If you have asthma or COPD, continue taking your regular inhalers as prescribed and keep your rescue inhaler with you at all times.

✅ People with heart or lung conditions should monitor their symptoms closely and avoid unnecessary outdoor exposure.

🚨 Seek immediate medical attention if you experience:

* Severe shortness of breath
* Chest pain
* Wheezing that does not improve
* Dizziness, confusion, or fainting
