Conscious divorce and co-parenting coaching is aimed to help parents navigate not just their divorce, but their next chapter of co-parenting and re-building their lives with peace, ease, and a new vision.

I retired from law (after almost 2 decades) because I realized I was WAY more valuable to parents giving them heart-led, soul-aligned divorce coaching (which I did for free the whole time - because of how those tools saved me in the past).

Many separating clients told me that the "free life advice" I gave them, while helping them navigate their legal matter, made their horrible divorces worth it, because it was life changing. They weren't the same people anymore.

I really believe when we live consciously - we can turn our greatest challenge into our greatest catalyst for growth, evolution and change.

As a side benefit - I have no doubt that the tools they started integrating helped us settle their divorce case faster, smoother, cheaper (which brought me a lot of joy!).

I felt inspired to share this because I still get a ton of divorce law referrals - and I wish more people knew about this other avenue I'm creating for more peaceful, child-focused separation.

There’s such a clear pattern I’ve noticed between my successes and my “failures.” When I’ve felt in the flow with life v. stuck and kinda fumbling.

For me, it always comes down to this: Alignment.

Was I connected to my core and moving from that energy? Or was I acting from fear, doubt, control, or even confusion?

It isn’t always obvious in the moment (of course!), but in hindsight, the correlation is so crystal clear.

When I’ve been in alignment — in my own power, in my own heart — life has responded with ease, flow, and results that exceeded what I thought was possible.
And when I’ve stepped outside of that alignment — listening to others over myself, moving from unconscious fear or control — things simply didn’t work out as well. I’ve felt stuck. Confused. Disenchanted.

Catching this pattern feels like a priceless gift.

Not because life will be perfect now. But because once I see the pattern, my next chapter always seems to become easier. Clearer.

I have no doubt that staying in alignment is the key to creating the future that I deeply desire.

And sharing what I’ve learned about living in greater alignment is something I feel super passionate about.

I believe we have so much potential as humans to transcend and heal all of the s*** we are seeing on the planet right now.

I know it’s all magnified by our access to constant information through news and social media. And that so much of this existed previously.

I also think that if we play this well, we can use our access to this copious amount of information as a gift.

It feels so crystal clear to my heart as someone who has witnessed conflict in families, and entered the legal system to be a peacemaker and problem solver.

*** When we fix the micro, we fix the macro. ***

The bigger issue is not between countries, because countries are just made up of people! It’s the biases and the pain and the generational trauma that we each hold inside of each of us. As individuals. That creates conflict at every level.

That is what I believe we are ready to heal.

And when we do, the first proof of our healing will be in the relationships in our day-to-day lives. Like in our families, and with our friends, and our business partners, and the people we come into contact with every single day. In traffic and at the grocery store.

I think humanity is ready to stop putting all their attention and energy on the conflict outside on their television screen, and really ready to stop the trauma from leaking into future generations. By stopping the buck in their own individual lives.

From not just desiring more peace, but by embodying that peace in their hearts. In their homes.

I feel so lucky to have witnessed so many people transform in front of my eyes. In weeks and months. People who were brave enough to hope for a better way to live, with more peace and more love. No matter their past circumstances. In fact, often in spite of the circumstances! Witnessing this over and over helps me believe even more in humanity and in what’s possible for all of us.

I believe humanity is at a powerful choice point of awakening from our own inner drama and deep trauma. And I’m holding this vision in my heart of all these “lights turning on” in homes, in neighbourhoods, all across the world.

You have the power to change the energy of your own life, your child’s life, and the energy of your entire family/home.

I live this reality (good and bad!)…. and I’ve seen, how being connected to my own heart, Ive been able to shift the energy in my home.

Ive seen hundreds of my clients, who simply were ready to lead their family down a better path, transform theirs (as a divorce lawyer and coach).

It’s really tempting to focus on other people, their energy, and their issues, when things are not going our way. But it’s also completely disempowering and leads to no good change. (I’ve handed well over 1000 family law cases…. I assure you change doesn’t happen by pointing blame).

When we learn to take our power back and focus on living from our OWN centre…. Miracles transpire.

I’ve seen it with my clients who I work with 1:1 and also in my group programs (in insanely short periods of time!), and I’m so inspired by every single one of them. They prove my theory every single time.

When we change, everything (and everyone) around us starts to change.

When we master raising our own frequency…
When we start living from our hearts instead of our heads…
When we live focussed on what we want and take our focus of what we don’t want….

…. Miracles will just transpire. ✨✨✨
