Solstice Heart Medicine ~ Tamsháashu {Wild Rose} 🌸 Softening, womb (creative energy centers) clearing, Ancestral healing, Protection Medicine {those thorns 🌹}

Wild Rose is Heart Medicine. They are Ancestral Plant kin for many us. My maternal Grandmother’s fave flower was Rose 🌹

Wild Rose embodies Compassion, Love, Joy, and Heart expansion while at the same time standing firm in boundaries.

Supporitve for folks who feel deeply. Sensitive souls. Folks who carry burdens that may be too heavy, too large for one person to carry alone … familial, societal, community, ancestral patterns.

Helpful when we are feeling the heaviness of the world. Grief over current realities, environmental harms, injustice, continued g3nocide & deep sadness.

Helpful for folks who have trouble keeping an open heart while also holding boundaries. These people often give much of themselves & end up feeling drained. Never saying no. Never taking time for themselves. Extending understanding to others, but neglecting their own needs. Self reciprocity.

This can lead to resentment, which may follow with ‘walls’ placed around the heart & auric field in order to protect one’s Heart.

Wild Rose allows one to hold compassion & love. Speaking fiercely & directly, through the Heart Center.

Wild Rose has been worked with since Ancient times, embodying many “Mother goddesses,” including Virgin Mothers & Dark Mothers. Reminding us of this spectrum of existence ~ of honouring all parts of who we are; beyond gender constructs & societal pressures.

There’s so much to their Medicine!! So many potent physical aspects as well. They may tone the uterus & vasculature, showing how they 'hold' & create containers + boundaries. Biofilm busting activity, again protection.

They’re a close kin & have held me through birth of my Sun, Ancestral healing, miscarriages, transition ceremony with my Canine kin, Dad, miscarriage & other losses. Always there🌹

Flowers, Water, Womb {creative energy centers} healing, time with the Land + Plants, making Medicines, love & rage... themes this week. And yes, all connected 💐✨

The last little bit has been a lot health wise, and has reminded me how much we hold in our bodies. I once wrote "my womb holds memories I sometimes forget." Kin, they're asking {demanding} to be remembered.

There is so much happening in the unseen.

This time of year is also harvest Season for many Plant kin, so some days we also have to be on the Land, or gardens ~ tending to & gathering, making Medicines 🌸

Protection + Heart Medicine 🌸⚔️ Wapin-Wápin/Yarrow & Rose/ Tamsháashu are often worked with for supporting boundaries. Protection. Healing. I've been loving them together.

Heart support, grief, boundaries.

The colours of this update are always vibrant & magical, but I said to a friend yesterday I feel like they're even more vital, more vibrant this year! Maybe they knew we need this.
