2018 — Healing. Learning to love myself again. 🤍

2019 — Awakening. Discovering a deeper way of looking at life.

2020 — Turning inward. Beginning to share my health and wellbeing journey.

2021 — Growing. Learning, evolving and trusting myself more.

2022 — Reinventing. A new version of me beginning to emerge.

2023 — Rebuilding. Choosing myself and creating a different future.

2024 — Expanding. Dreaming bigger and allowing myself to want more.

2025 — Becoming. Stepping closer to the woman I knew I could be.

And now, 2026… ✨

A new identity.
A new chapter.
A deeper embodiment of everything I’ve learned along the way.

When I look at these photos, I don’t just see birthdays.

I see a woman who kept evolving.

Every version of me brought me here.

And I have a feeling the best chapters are still ahead. 🤍

A little thank you post 🤍✨

Feeling incredibly grateful for all the love, messages, celebrations, laughter and beautiful moments surrounding my birthday.

This year feels different.

Not simply another birthday, but a moment to look back at everything I’ve lived, learned, healed, created and become — and to feel genuinely excited about what comes next.

Thank you to everyone who celebrated with me, sent a message, called, showed up, or has simply been part of my journey. You made this chapter feel very special. 🥂✨

Here’s to more joy, more love, more adventures, deeper connections and continuing the journey of becoming.

The last week of May reminded me of the importance of coming home to myself.

After a season of intensity, travel, and change, I slowed down. I gave myself permission to rest, to wander the streets of Lisbon, to enjoy a coffee without rushing, and to nourish my mind, body, and soul.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

Because the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one you have with yourself. 🤍

May was transformational.

I started the month transitioning back to Abu Dhabi, feeling excited about everything I had called in and manifested. Then life shook the ground beneath me.

Unexpected challenges, difficult moments, and eventually getting sick forced me to slow down.

What I thought was a setback became an invitation.

An invitation to breathe.
To go inward.
To deepen my inner work.
To choose self-love over self-pressure.
To prioritize self-care over constant doing.

Portugal gave me the space to pause, reflect, heal, and reconnect with myself.

Looking back, I’m proud that I kept showing up for myself, even when things didn’t go according to plan.

Sometimes growth doesn’t look like achieving more.
Sometimes growth looks like slowing down enough to hear yourself again.

My word for May: Transformation.

Hello beautiful souls, happy new year of the horse, 2026 😊💕

Starting 2026 with gratitude, stillness, and intention.

I visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in New Year’s Day, a cultural excursion but also to be in the present, slow down, refuel and recharge - take a breath .

A reminder that when I slow down, everything aligns.

This year is about presence, purpose, and embodiment. 🤍💙🩵
