As always, we are in May and kicking it off with our annual Client Appreciation Month! As a thank you for all who come in to see us, we will be giving away a complimentary hour of massage every Friday! Since the month is starting on a Friday this year, we will do two draws next Friday instead of rushing one this morning.

We wanted to take a moment and remind our clients of our cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we have been having increased no-shows and late cancellations lately. This not only directly impacts our income, but it also increases wait times for other clients to get appointments, as we generally cannot rebook a treatment time with little or no notice.

We require a minimum of 3 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Last minute cancellation and no-shows will be subject to a fee of the full treatment cost. By booking an appointment, clients are accepting and agreeing to these terms.

Every year in January, Canada Life does a reassessment of their policies. This process can interrupt our ability to direct bill, requiring some clients to pay for their treatments and then submit privately. Unfortunately, this situation is beyond our control, and there is nothing we can do to change it.

We all take some time off during the holiday season. Our clinic hours will vary through the next month, with more closures than usual. Online booking will always be up to date and show our availability. We recommend calling first instead of just dropping by.
