Grief is a broader term than we often realize. We typically associate grief with death, but grief can come from so many other situations.

So this is the first in a series of posts where I’m going to be talking about all of the different ways that grief can show up as we experience change and loss in our lives.

My challenges over the last couple of months have helped me to accept that I can’t control everything that happens, and to recognize that when I let go of trying to control things, the obstacles are actually a lot easier to get through!
