When one of our longtime members reflected on her 60 years with Co-op, she talked about something simple: the way she is treated.

Friendly service. Familiar faces. Someone there to help bag her groceries or lend a hand when she needs it.

As the years have passed, those small acts of kindness and helpful service have meant even more.

For 60 years, she has chosen Co-op — and we’re grateful that our team continues to give her reasons to come back.

Because great customer service isn’t always something big. Sometimes, it’s simply noticing when someone could use a hand.

Thank you to all of our staff who have been helping and smiling at our members for over 60 years.
