The sauna was utilized well this past Saturday during the Women’s Winter Reset with .women.wellness ❄️ The sauna got everyone sweating toxins, even with the -25 temperature outside. We loved incorporating the sauna into this wellness retreat, bringing so many amazing benefits to these women as they reset & recharge 🙌
