We’re hitting the nostalgia nerves in the right spot this month by bringing back Rum & Raisin to the lineup. A perfect midsummer partner with that nutty, spiced and boozy flavour profile that’s been around for centuries. For our rendition, we start by soaking a mixture of dark and golden raisins in Canadian made spiced rum for a week. We then combine them with our freshly churned rum cream base to deliver on this classic flavour.
