I am able to blend QHHT and my Reiki practice on this page, not on my QHHT page as the technique stands alone. I might have some followers here that haven’t heard my story(all be it a short snippet) I wanted to share
My story and why I chose to become a QHHT practitioner…
I’m a wife, a mom, a grandmother and someone who has spent much of my life busy building a business, raising a family, taking care of everyone and doing whatever needed to be done. (those are the labels our culture uses I am not only those things- just for the purpose of my story I’ll use them)
I began wondering what the next chapter of my life looks like? Then without question life redirected me in a way I couldn’t have planned nor had I prepared for. My body became the catalyst for a completely different path!
That redirection introduced me to Reiki. I discovered how powerful self-healing and self-awareness could be. I was so excited about what I was discovering that I wanted to share it. So began another journey for me, coming out of my own box, allowing myself to be seen, finding my voice, becoming a Reiki Master teacher and eventually sharing with others how to practice Reiki for themselves and share with the world around us.
But somewhere along the way, I discovered that what I loved most wasn’t simply the modality. It was holding space, creating a safe nest where someone could exhale. Listening without judgment. Watching someone reconnect with themselves, perhaps most importantly empowering people to recognize that the answers aren’t always somewhere outside of them.
There is incredible wisdom within each of us.
My introduction to QHHT actually began back in 2019, when my daughter introduced me to Dolores Cannon’s work.
Something about it stayed with me. A seed was planted. It took several more years before that seed was ready to grow. Early in 2026, I experienced a QHHT session myself with a beautiful practitioner and something clicked.
I remember thinking: Everyone deserves to experience this for themselves! To feel what it feels like to remember who they truly are!
