A big reason we wanted to run the November Liver Detox + Parasite Support as a group is because having the products is only one part of it.

You can have a really good plan sitting on your counter, but then real life happens. Questions come up. Something doesn’t go quite how you expected. You forget what you’re supposed to do next, or you just need someone to help you troubleshoot.

That’s where the support really matters.

For the 10-day Liver Detox, you’ll have Leigh + Ashley in your pocket for questions, troubleshooting, reminders and support as you go. You’ll also be doing it alongside a group of people who are going through the same thing, which adds another layer of accountability and encouragement.

We begin November 2, and if you choose to continue into Parasite Support, that support continues for another 30 days.

Really, we just want this to feel easier to follow through on. You have a plan, you know what comes next, and you have somewhere to go when you need help.

If you’ve been following our Gut Check conversation, here’s a little piece from our live Q&A.

One of the things Leigh talked about was how easy it can be to focus on one symptom and forget that everything in the body is connected.

We see this with gut health all the time. Someone comes in because of bloating, constipation or a food they suddenly don’t seem to tolerate, but when we start asking questions there can be other pieces in the picture too. Stress, hormones, immune activity, or an imbalance happening within the digestive system can all be part of what we’re looking at.

It doesn’t mean every symptom is coming from your gut. It just means sometimes looking at the whole picture gives us a better idea of where to start.

That has really been the point of Gut Check from the beginning. You don’t need to do everything. You need a next step that makes sense for you.
