Excuses are keeping you stuck. Time to call yourself out on the old bu****it stories and reasons why your life hasn’t moved forward the way you actually want.

When you say things like, that (program, mentorship, modality, retreat) costs too much money, I don’t have time, I can get this cheaper somewhere else, I’ll do it later- you are strengthening the resistance and becoming MORE stuck.

That’s a choice.
Time to shift that dialogue and show up for yourself.

The cost of your new life is the old one.

You are wanting to “level up” and become the version of you that has all the things you desire. The thing is, the person you are now, the one that gives into the old fears, beliefs and stories won’t have that life BECAUSE of the fears, beliefs and stories.

You have to decide if you’re willing to let those go and BE that higher version you. Your higher self has given you the vision and feeling of what is possible.
