🌿My favorite season of the year. Illl be vacationing from July 9-15th.
Then im off to Italy in October for 2 weeks.
🗓Most clients have appointments set already. If you haven't already booked your summer appointments, there's limited availability left.

🗓 I have a few spots left in August and September right now.

🌿Ill ask all my lovely clients to PLEASE check on your upcoming appointments. As my Salon schedule is full until the end of May. And the summer months ill be working less hours. There's still time to book your Summer appointments. ☀️

🌿Any missed appointments will incur a charge. There are others on a waiting list that could fill those times.

🛑If you are not receiving your confirmation msgs, let me know and we'll find an alternate way of confirming. Along with keeping track in your own personal phone/calendar/schedule/on my business card!!! 😉

It's almost that time of year...Christmas is just around the corner.

The 📅 schedule for the month of December is now fully booked. I presently have a few availabilities for november.

MY APOLOGIES,😒 WE'LL HAVE TO WAIT ONE MORE WEEK TO START YIN YOGA CLASSES AT UNITED CHURCH HALL (St. James & St. Johns United church Hall 556 King George highway).

We'll start all fresh & new from having had the long wkd!!🧘🏼‍♀️
Resuming classes next MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th.🧡
🕢 6:00- 7:30 p.m.🕢
🍃 $12 at the door🍃
There will be lunch passes available also.

My working hours starting mid September will now be:
⏰️Wednesday 9-6
🕘Thursdays 10- 7
🕙Fridays 10- 5.
Be sure to book your Christmas appointment (I know, too early to talk about that)

Due to balancing my wonderful Salon clients and teaching yoga... I will not be taking on any new clients at this time.
My apologies, however, it's taken me a while to sort out this work/life/self care/ family & friends balance. We're all a work in. progress, right😍
