🩺We recently supported the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ontario at the provincial Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (OSP) booth during the Pri-Med.ca Conference and Trade Show in Toronto!

Over three days, more than 2,500 primary care providers attended the conference, giving us an incredible opportunity to raise awareness about publicly funded cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) services available for adults in Ontario experiencing anxiety and depression.

As trusted healthcare providers, family physicians and primary care teams play an important role in helping individuals access mental health care and support when they need it most. We were especially excited to connect with primary care providers in our region to share how these evidence-based services can support their patients.

A big shout out to the CMHA Ontario team for their continued partnership in helping regional OSP networks promote these services and connect with healthcare providers across Ontario.

Connecting our community to care during Mental Health Week 💚

We recently participated in the Mental Health Connection Hub at the Hazel McCallion Library in Mississauga, where we had the opportunity to connect with community members and share valuable mental health and primary care resources.

We spoke with visitors about free mental health support for adults experiencing anxiety and depression through the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (OSP), and shared information about Access Primary Care Mississauga (APCM), helping individuals get connected with family physicians and primary care services.
