The Awaken Your Essence Retreat is a 7-night immersive journey designed for those who feel called to slow down, release old layers, and reconnect with their true essence through nature, ceremony, sound, colour, and community.

Held at the lush and sacred Goddess Garden Eco-Retreat Centre on Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast, this retreat blends ancient wisdom with modern healing modalities — all within a grounded, welcoming, co-ed environment.
