Normal bloodwork, normal scans, normal images… and you’re still in pain every single day?

That’s not in your head.

Fascia restrictions don’t show up on a test. They show up in how you feel worse after a workout, how you can’t get a good nights sleep, how you can’t sit with your kid on the floor and get back up without wincing.

Your body already knows what it needs. It’s just been waiting for someone to actually listen to it instead of running more tests.

This is exactly why I built the Connect Challenge — a few days of guided myofascial self-treatment to help you start noticing (and releasing) the patterns of restriction your body’s been holding onto.

No painful gadgets, no tedious reps, just you learning to work with your own body again in 10mins a day.

The things I have seen both personally and professionally that people have recovered from using Myofascial Release is absolutely insane.

I googled my symptoms, then asked AI to double check.

They agreed with each other. They were both wrong.

I had persistent back pain once — since healed — but I got curious what WebMD and ChatGPT would make of it if I entered it today exactly as it was then.

Both assumed a structural issue in the spine. Undiagnosed scoliosis. Arthritic changes. Nerve impingement. The list got darker the further I read, and both landed on the same recommendation: get a spinal surgery consultation.

What was actually wrong? A chronically tight psoas — my hip flexor. Five minutes of release, both sides, using John Barnes Myofascial Release®, and the back pain was gone.

I hear a version of this story constantly from clients. Women who’ve suffered for decades and gone to extremes to try and find relief — just to find out their back was never the problem.

This is exactly why I built CONNECT — a 7-day guided self-treatment challenge starting August 24. One fascial release technique a day, 5-10 minutes, with me in your corner in our private group to help you figure out what your body’s ACTUALLY been trying to tell you.

The goal isn’t to never feel symptoms. It’s to stop fearing them when they show up.

Health anxiety keeps you scanning your body for problems — a twinge becomes a spiral, a headache becomes a diagnosis. But symptoms are part of being human. They don’t automatically mean danger.

This is where sustained pressure Myofascial Release comes in. Instead of bracing against sensation, you learn to feel into it, listen to what the body needs, and deliver it — which is exactly how trust in your body gets rebuilt. Each time you hold through discomfort, take the time to listen and give your body what it needs, your nervous system gets a little more evidence that you’re safe. That’s resilience: not the absence of symptoms, but the capacity to move through them without panic.

Comment “CONNECT” and I’ll send you my 7-Day Challenge to help you build that resilience👇

The wellness industry loves to convince us that healing has to be expensive.

Luxury retreats.
Ice baths.
Red light therapy.
The newest gadget.

But your body doesn’t care how much money you spend.

It responds to consistency.

A few intentional minutes every day will almost always outperform one perfect weekend.

That’s why we created the Connect 7-Day Challenge. 5-10 minutes of Myofascial self-treatment each day could completely change how you feel in your body.

You thought it was just part of motherhood.

The interrupted sleep.
The sore jaw.
The tension headaches.
The neck that never seems to relax.

But what if your body isn't rejecting motherhood—it's just been stuck in a pattern of protection?

Stress, posture, and repetitive jaw clenching can keep your nervous system in a constant state of tension, even while you're sleeping.

Myofascial Release might just "fix" your body overnight— but in the process you actually learn to recognize where you're holding tension and give your body the opportunity to let it go. A skill you will inevitably NEED again and will thank your past self for learning it.

Every mom should feel this empowered.

✨ Want to learn the most useful skill you may ever learn to keep yourself feeling good in your body even after your kids graduate?

Fascia isn't just "wrapping" around your muscles. It's the most misunderstood connective tissue in the body — and once you understand it, a lot of unexplained pain finally makes sense.

Here's the pattern I keep seeing: people suffer with pain that doesn't show up on scans, or "weird" symptoms no medical professional can explain.

Fascia is a continuous three-dimensional web of connective tissue that supports and connects nearly everything — muscles, bones, nerves, blood vessels, organs, lymphatic tissue.

Restriction in the Fascia happens through injury, repetitive strain, prolonged posture, chronic stress, even emotional trauma. Release it, and you feel lighter, more in tune with your body, and free to move through your life without pain. And you can start this work yourself, from your own couch.

My CONNECT challenge is for anyone who's spent years chasing answers for unexplained pain or symptoms nothing else has resolved. Time to look inward, not outward.

Recovery doesn’t always look like an appointment or a fancy wellness gadget.

Sometimes it looks a little... weird👇

1. I let my body move without trying to control every movement.
Gentle, intuitive movement helps me tune into where I’m holding tension and release it instead of forcing my body into the “perfect” stretch.

2. I make weird sounds.
Humming, sighing, yawning, and deep exhalations during while allowing movement help me let go of built up emotions like frustration, sadness, anger, and fear. It might look strange, but my nervous system loves it.

3. I listen to Solfeggio frequencies.
While the evidence for specific frequencies is still evolving, creating a calm environment with music or sound is one way I intentionally attune to the task at hand, feeling into my body.

These habits are about building small moments of recovery into every single day, not just when things start to hurt.

💛 Want to make this into a habit to get more connected to your body too?

You just need to remember how to listen to your own body!
For 7 days, I’m walking you through the exact myofascial self-treatment techniques that have helped thousands of women stop outsourcing their healing and start trusting their bodies’ healing wisdom again — through pain, through stress, through aging.

This isn’t about learning to stretch better. It’s about becoming the version of you who isn’t letting pain slowly suck the life out of her. The one who says yes to the hike. Keeps pace with her kids. Trusts her body to carry her into her 60s and 80s, NOT just get her through today.

5-10 minutes a day.
Simple stuff, no complex BS
2 live calls, 7 daily videos
Recordings posting in the group, which will stay open until September 30.
& ME 👋🏼 answering your questions personally in our private group.

Bring someone in with you, and I’ll hand you 40% of what you paid back — because this kind of work sticks better when you’re not doing it alone.

Starting August 24th!

Your MRI is normal. Your healthcare providers say nothing is wrong. But you know your body — and something is off 🙅🏻‍♀️

That disconnect usually involves the Fascia.
Fascia is the connective tissue that supports every muscle, nerve, blood vessel and system in your body. When it gets restricted — from trauma, surgery, stress, or even an old injury you thought healed — it creates pain that is real, widespread, and invisible on imaging.

Here are 9 signs your pain is Fascial in nature:
→ Pain that moves or spreads without a clear pattern
→ Normal MRI, X-ray, or bloodwork — but significant pain
→ Little to no lasting relief from other treatments
→ Tissue that feels stuck, dense, or restricted
→ Worse with sitting or standing for long periods
→ Morning stiffness that takes time to ease
→ Unexplained symptoms like tingling, bladder urgency, or digestive issues
→ History of trauma, surgery, or chronic stress — even from years ago
→ You just know something is wrong, but no one can explain it

If you’re nodding along to this list — your body is communicating something worth listening to.
