This is my friend, Ella Nunes, and she needs our help. Ella is the founder and maker of candles which she formulates and hand-pours with love in her Hamilton, Ontario home. Her candles were like a warm hug for me when I was in deep grief from the loss of my sister. I lit one every evening and was so thankful for the soft glow in a dark time. Ella and I started collaborating so that my company could distribute her candles to retailers all over Canada and now you can buy them at and many more!
Ella was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer With her permission, I started a GoFundMe (in the linktree in bio) so our community can help Ella with the out of pocket expense of the recommended drug treatment and also to hire help to keep her candle business going through her treatment and recovery.

This IWD, I am thankful to have raised a daughter who is the woman I always hoped to be - strong, kind, confident, smart and a girl’s girl, who uplifts and surrounds herself with other women who do the same. Her success is my success. And our success at Abundance Naturally comes from a community of women owned brands with founders and leaders whom we love.

CHFA West 2026 !!! What an amazing time! First of all Vancouver I love you… getting to share all of our amazing brands in the West was so exciting! Meeting everyone face to face, from Ontario to BC it was so nice to finally connect with everyone in person.

It is always a pleasure being able to showcase our brands, seeing how beautiful they align. But it’s even more amazing to have our brand owners, founders and representatives in the Abundance Naturally booth with us, seeing how they align so well with each other as well 💌
