Through making a decision
The energy or feeling in your body change at that instant
The amount of determination that you have
The trust in you
Will determine how long the change will last
Change is not just a work of mindset
But a decision embodied in your identity

My experience of running a marathon today

The success is not just the finish line
But the decision I made April 17 to go ahead with this marathon, made a plan and followed it without negotiation
To me that’s the true success

Make a decision, make a plan , adopt the identity , be grateful that you can and follow through the plan without excuses .

The experience was amazing and a statement to myself of regaining trust that I can achieve anything I want, and so can you.

The way you see yourself, your self image
What you think about yourself, your self worth
Will be the foundational work to create your reality

To many people repress negative emotions till they can’t hold them anymore, and then they crumble.

It’s not that you build yourself has a an unattainable human
You just connect back to your true nature, your authentic self, in full acceptance

This spiritual energy, or life force that is in you
The formless self
The soul
Connected to the universe
Connected to God
In oneness

Living our life on this planet is the most precious gift
And not understanding this from your core being leads to suffering

Hearing today, the tragic news of another woman doctor decided to end her life, I don’t know her story, I didn’t know her personally

But my heart is telling me now is the time to 100x on sharing the truth about life
Awakening the one that wants to be awaken and leave this culture of close minded madness

Praying for her soul to rest peacefully
