What I’ve learned most since getting into this field is that healing can be really hard when your body still feels like it’s in survival mode.

Thinking tools are helpful, but for many people, finding a sense of safety has to come first.

Therapy with me isn’t just about talking or changing your thoughts. It’s about understanding the connection between your mind, body, nervous system, experiences, and the patterns you’ve been carrying.

Sometimes we need to help the body feel safe enough before the mind can truly begin to heal.

And that’s a big part of how I approach my work. 🤍

I work with so many women who are burned out and wondering, “Why am I still feeling this way when I’m finally getting more sleep?”

And yes, rest is deeply needed. Especially when you’ve been overdoing it, carrying too much, and living in survival mode for a long time.

But sometimes, burnout recovery asks for more than rest.

It asks you to remember what makes you you.

Where do you find joy?
Where do you feel at peace?
What makes you feel alive?
What part of yourself have you lost along the way?

Because getting out of burnout isn’t only about having more energy. It’s about reconnecting with yourself, your relationships, your needs, your emotions, and the parts of you that may have been put on the back burner for far too long.

That’s a big part of the work I do with my clients. 🤍

If this resonates with you, reach out. I’d love to connect.

It’s scary. I get it.

You were finally doing better… and then suddenly, the pain is back.

And before you even realize it, those familiar patterns start creeping back in.

You’re calling to make appointments.
Considering that cortisone shot.
Analyzing everything you’ve done over the past week.
Scanning your body for clues.
Wondering, “What did I do?”

And I want you to know: don’t judge yourself for that.

Your brain is doing what it has learned to do when it senses a threat. It’s trying to protect you.

Part of healing is learning to notice the spiral without judging yourself for being in it.

Pause.
Take a breath.
Make space for what you’re feeling.

And then, when you’re ready, choose differently.

Healing isn’t linear. And changing deeply ingrained patterns takes time.

So give yourself that time. 🤍

You don’t have to navigate every flare-up perfectly. You just have to keep practicing a different response.

And if you need support along the way, you don’t have to do it alone.

Because knowing yourself, healing old patterns, and learning to feel safe in your body is the ultimate glow-up. 🤍

Nobody talks about the weird grief that comes with chronic pain…

Like missing the version of you who didn’t have to think about your body 24/7.

The version who could make plans without a backup plan.

The version who didn’t have to calculate the cost of every activity.

The version who trusted their body.

Healing isn’t just about getting rid of symptoms.

It’s about finding your way back to yourself 🤍

Day one doesn’t have to be perfect.

It doesn’t have to prove anything.

It can simply be a moment where you choose yourself again.

And if day two comes tomorrow, next month, or next year… you’re still allowed to begin.

Learning to feel safe with inconsistency might be the most underrated part of creating lasting change. 🤍

Pain has a way of quietly chipping away at your hope, your vision for the future, and the life you imagined. It doesn't always happen all at once. More often, it happens so gradually that you don't realize how much has changed until you look back.

You don't have to wait until you get there to reach out for support.

Sometimes, just a few sessions can help you see pain differently, shift the way you respond to it, and begin changing the trajectory you're on.

Small shifts can create meaningful change. I see it every day with my clients 🤍

Some days, the biggest win isn't doing more, it's finding a little more peace than you had yesterday.

Healing isn't always loud. Sometimes it looks like slowing down, making breakfast, taking a deep breath, or simply giving yourself permission to be where you are.

If today feels ordinary, that doesn't mean you're standing still. 🤍
