Week 1 vs Week 4.
A lot of people expect their body to completely change in a few weeks.
When they don’t see big results right away, they slowly go back to their old habits — eating the same way they used to, drinking more alcohol, sleeping less, and skipping workouts.
Then they say the gym isn’t working.
But real results take time.
Your body needs consistency, good sleep, better habits, and patience.
Most people quit right before the results start.
