A lot of people expect their body to completely change in a few weeks.

When they don’t see big results right away, they slowly go back to their old habits — eating the same way they used to, drinking more alcohol, sleeping less, and skipping workouts.

Then they say the gym isn’t working.

But real results take time.

Your body needs consistency, good sleep, better habits, and patience.

Most people quit right before the results start.

The difference between those who change their body and those who don’t… is simply the decision to keep going.

Consistency isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about what you do after you mess up.

I follow the 24-hour rule:

Miss a workout?
Eat off track?
Lose motivation?

You have 24 hours to reset.

Not next Monday.
Not next month.
Within 24 hours.

That’s how habits are built and why most people stay stuck — they wait too long to restart.

A lot of women think they need to change everything to start their fitness journey.
