Getting some vitamin D !!!
Keeping good health is in all the little things we do and it all begins with FEELING GOOD 💚☀️🌷🌿

It will gradually become harder for people to stay in for COVID measures, so here are some things I do to feel better during this time of the year:
☀️ Try to get at least 15mins of direct sunlight everyday for vit.D production.
☝🏻Ideally, most of your skin should be exposed to the sun.
🌳 Take walks with friends/family in natural settings, like parks, while keeping a safe distance.👩➡️➡️👩🏾
🍦 Grabbing an ice cream is a good excuse for heading out with a friend!
🌱 Start planting a small garden in your balcony or backyard with flowers and edible plants! It helps getting more sun exposure as well.
🐶 If you have a pet, enjoy the day playing with them!
🏃🏽♂️ Doing outdoor activities, like running or going grocery shopping, helps a lot with sun exposure.
