Getting ready for the Summer Solstice!

Heart and Fire!
Love and Power!

Recently tormented by hot flashes and headaches, I found peace in nature, friendship, yoga and food.

In the heat I am able to cool down and rest. In the pain, I find the clarity.

I am still in the portal, walking firm, at times. Falling out and back. Still standing.

Am I ready to cross?
Not always, but I certainly will, with doubt, fear and courage ♥️

Una nueva forma de ansiedad relacionada al uso de las redes sociales.

FOMO en inglés (Fear of missing out) se traduce en miedo a perderse algo...

Me considero una persona ansiosa y cuándo me di cuenta que estaba gastando minutos hasta horas del día en admirar alguien más, en desear la vida de alguien más, el perro de alguien, el novio de alguien, el estilo de alguien..... me di cuenta que estaba jxxida!

Es la necesidad compulsiva de pertenecer, de ofrecer lo que todos necesitan, de ser al centro de la atención, de tener una vida perfecta.

No sirve de nada evitar las redes sociales, claro ayuda, y lo ideal es dedicarle un tiempo limitado según tus actividades.

Pero en realidad, es más importante ver el problema a la raíz: el miedo a la soledad, la poca confianza y auto estima, la mentira de la belleza y joventud eterna, la obsesión con el positivismo y la felicidad todo el tiempo, etc. etc.

Es una lista larga.

¿Qué puedo hacer?

Fortalecer quién eres primeramente.
Trabajar en tus inseguridades y complejos.
Mantener siempre un panorama amplio de la realidad, no sólo tu mundo y tus necesidades.

ACEPTAR Y AMAR QUIÉN ERES. No importa qué.
No necesitas HACER todo el tiempo algo.
No necesitas COMPLACER, SER BUENA/O SER POSITIVA/O todo el tiempo.
No necesitas el RECONOCIMIENTO constante de tus seguidores.

No necesitas MÁS. Necesitas MENOS.
Menos redes, menos positivismo falso, sanaciones ficticias, buenas acciones manipulativas...

Menos de tu presencia afuera es más para tí dentro.
