Mother’s Day, through the lens of Kundalini, is not only about biology.
It is about the Ma energy. The great creative pulse. The force that nourishes, protects, softens, strengthens, and remembers how to hold life through transformation.

Some have birthed children.
Some mother through friendship, teaching, caregiving, art, community, animals, plants, presence.
Some are healing their relationship with motherhood itself.
Some carry grief beside love today.
Some were raised by chosen mothers, grandmothers, sisters, mentors, elders.

The Divine Feminine does not move in one form only. It moves through devotion, intuition, tenderness, fierce protection, deep listening, and the ability to keep loving even after life has changed us.

Today, honoring all expressions of the Ma.
The seen mothers. The unseen mothers. The chosen mothers. The women learning to mother themselves back into wholeness🌹BIG MA energy from me to you. Sat Nam beauties⚡️

My journey into Kundalini Yoga was not linear.

It came through years of study, practice, and following my curiosity.

About 8 years ago, while deep in Katonah Yoga material, I began to really feel the potency of pranayama. The breath got my attention. It felt subtle, powerful, and deeply transformative. It lit a flame of desire within me to know more about the teachings and techniques.

That search is what brought me to Kundalini Yoga.

Life often brings us to what we need in a circuitous way. Not in a straight line, but through threads, detours, nudges and glimpses of small recognitions along the way.

Over time, this stopped being just a class I taught or attended.
It became a language. A rhythm. Apart of my personal wellness apothecary and a way to support my evolution.

This May 22 to 24, I’m opening a 15-hour Kundalini immersion.

We’re at full tilt – embrace it!

The solstice occurs in our part of the world when the earth is tilted in its orbit to a maximum towards the sun, 23.5 degrees. We think of tilted things as being imperfect – they are, but that’s not a negative. No, they’re not at a right angle, for you type-As out there. To be imperfect is to be messy and askew! That’s summer for you! Messy in the best way. Wild, fiery, a little random — and beautiful.

So I encourage you to be your best imperfect self, all summer long.

To celebrate, join us for the solstice celebration at Morpho Bleu (in-person, in Montreal — and yes, our space is climate-controlled!)

Tonight’s session is also a rare opportunity to meet , Nadine’s brother, who also is a high profile producer within the worldwide Kundalini community himself. Epic!
