After attending a session on "Storytelling" I finally came to realize that Storytelling is a very important act for our mental health advocacy. Because by sharing our stories we are better able to accept what happened, let the uneasy feelings go and become stronger than ever before. Sharing the stories help us becoming more empowered. 💓💫

So, here I am to share my stories with you, understand your stories better for you and help you accept what happened and let go ; so that one day you can also help someone else to accept their stories, understand themselves better and inspire to share them with others too! 💞✨

Being one minded in something is not only important for accomplishing a job but also to feel the fulfilment after it's been done! When you rush over one work to another you only not mess with your quality of you work but also your quality of mental health!

So, stop worrying about what you are gonna "do next"! Let your "alarm clock" and "calender" in your phone worry about it!
