In rare cases where the client doesn’t have natural lashes we sadly have to deny service. Whether it’s due to trichotillomania or due to chemotherapy there are steps to help clients like these!

1. If picking or pulling try to get them to be aware of it during the action.
2. Lash serums are amazing to help grow the natural lashes or brows. I like the one from the ordinary or castor oil.
3. Be compassionate & realistic with goals.

One of the biggest mistakes is applying makeup base too close to the lash line. Even after washing your lashes, makeup residue can stay trapped between the extensions 😭
